I'm renting out a room in my apartment, ideal for a student.

My name is Peter, a 20 year old student who is starting the third year studying Econometrics and Economics double bachelor at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I'm looking for a roommate to share the appartment with.

The space features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, and a shared dining room. There's also a spacious bicycle shed in the basement, ensuring the safety of your belongings. You'll have your own bedroom, fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a bookcase, a desk, and an office chair. It's a quiet and relaxing place—ideal for studying.

The location is very convenient: the apartment is on the second floor and is around a 4.5km bike ride from Erasmus campus, with a bus stop right outside, running between Kralingse Zoom and Rotterdam Alexander.

Less than 700 meters away, you'll find a small shopping area with a Jumbo, Kruidvat, HEMA, Bruna, a local butcher, and a greengrocer. Action and Albert Heijn are also within walking distance. 

The neighborhood is lush with greenery, including the apartment building's backyard, which contributes to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere – despite its location on a main road.

I enjoy reading and keep things peaceful at home. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful and values a quiet living environment, and is also study oriented. Smoking is not permitted to keep the space clean for everyone.
