Over de woonruimte

Hi, 

We (Hyemi and Sander) are looking for someone to take a free room in our wonderful apartment near Rotterdam Centraal from 1 June onwards (first a 6 month contract with the possibility of two-year extension). The flat is ideally located within walking distance of the central station (7 mins) and several nice bars and cafes such as Man met Bril, COPPI, Klaargemaakt, and Le Nord.

About the room 
The room is the one shown in the pictures, it is a cozy room with a big window. The bed and some furniture (clothing closet) are provided with the room. The price of the room is 625 euro with utilities and internet included (+ a 1-month deposit). We furthermore have a cleaner who comes every two weeks (60 euro per time, not included in the rent)

What are we looking for?
Someone (m/f/x) who is working/looking for work. During the weekdays we are focused on our jobs, so our house is then preferably calm. We respect each other’s personal space, but we also like having a warm and easy-going atmosphere at home, with the occasional kitchen chat or coffee/dinner together. 

Something short about us
Hyemi studies and works in architecture, likes to go to music events in free time—anything from post-punk gigs to electronic parties. She’s also into good food, great films, and discovering new music. 
Sander works as a video editor, he likes to go bouldering, cycling and going to the cinema. He also teaches Dutch on the side.
