Over de woonruimte

Hi, 

We (Hyemi and Matthijs) are looking for someone to take a free room in our wonderful apartment near Rotterdam Centraal from mid/end May onwards (first a one-year contract but afterwards an indefinite contract is possible). The flat is ideally located within walking distance of the central station (7 mins) and several nice bars and cafes such as Man met Bril, MONO, Mecca, Le Nord, and The Harvest.

About the room 
The room is the one shown in the pictures, it is a cozy room with a big window. The bed and some furniture (clothing closet) are provided with the room. The price of the room is 580 euro with utilities and internet included (+ a 1-month deposit). We furthermore have a cleaner who comes every two weeks (60 euro per time, not included in the rent)

What we are looking for?
Someone (m/f/x) who is working/looking for work. During the weekdays we are focused on our jobs, so our house is then preferably calm. But in the evenings it is always nice to catch up over a glass of beer/wine or to have dinner together.

Something short about us
Hyemi studies and works in architecture, likes to go to music events in free time—anything from post-punk gigs to electronic parties. She’s also into good food, great films, and discovering new music. 
Matthijs works in finance and he has an Industrial design background. He likes to DJ (never late and/or loud on weekdays, don't worry), visit a museum or go for a bike ride along the Rotte - when the weather is nice. 

As you see, we are both interested in the arts and in music, so it would be nice to sometimes go to a museum or concert/party together.
