Ideal for a foreign student: living on a very nice houseboat in Rotterdam in the center of the town....In this more than 100 years old ship, you will find a cosy  4 room apartment, with fully equiped kitchen, wooden floor, bathroom with shower and bath and a big shared livingroom for all three persons living on the boat.  Everything is there, bed, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush.  We prefer to rent it out to (foreign) students for a minimum of half year.You can move in 1st june 2026. 

This boat is permanently moored  at the Marina Rotterdam. 

Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. close to university


The rent is 795 euro for this room/appartment. This is including water elektra gas and internet and waste taxes, so no furher cost.

There is a possibility to register at gemeente rotterdam for an official briefadress, to get bsn number, bank account etc.
