Ideal for a foreign student: living on a very nice houseboat in Rotterdam in the center of the town....In this more than 100 years old ship, you will find a cosy  4 room apartment, with fully equiped kitchen, wooden floor, bathroom with shower and bath and a big shared livingroom for all three persons living on the boat.  Everything is there, bed, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush.  We prefer to rent is out to foreign students for minimum a half year.You can move in 1 st May 2025. 

This boat is permanently moored  at the Marina Rotterdam. 

Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. close to university

The rent is 765 euro for this room/appartment. This is including water elektra gas and interneta nd waste taxes, so no furher cost.

You can not register at the boat because tghe boat is in the Marina and so has no adress but there is a possibility to register at gemeente rotterdam for an ifficial postal adress bsn n mber etc.
