Looking for a tenant for a furnished room

- Location - friendly neighborhood in Oosterflank area. 7 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and 12 minutes walk to Rotterdam Alexander train station. Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam can be reached in 20 minutes by bike or by metro.
- Registration - possible
- Cost - 750 including electricity, water , internet. One month security deposit and one month in advance.
- Timeline- 1st March - 21st July
- House description - Three level house. On the first floor, a common area is used as our living room and kitchen. A balcony on the first floor can be used for enjoying the summer. On the ground floor, we have a laundry room. A garden can be used to have a barbeque. The room is on the third floor
- We are looking for tenants with the following criteria: 
- Age 25 – 40. 
- Similar value of cleanness and being able to take turns to clean the house
- No loud parties due to the neighborhood
