Over de woonruimte

This 22 square meters room is located in Kralingen, in the beautiful street of Libellenstraat. It is only 1.8 km far from campus, which is ideal for any type of transportation that you can choose to go there. In fact, it only takes about 6-7 minutes by bike, and 10 minutes by tram including the walking time to the stop, which is less than 300 metres far from the house. 
The flat offers a perfectly functioning washing machine, a small storage room next to it, and comes fully furnished. In addition to the room, the storage room, the kitchen and (of course!) the toilet, by renting this room you will be able to use the beautiful 35 square metres private garden, which also has a shed. This shed is 5 square metres, and it is ideal for storage, and for many other activities: my roommate and I use it to paint, for example!
The room will be rented from the beginning of July to the end of December, as I will be going on exchange during that period. The price will be 750 euros per month excluding utilities, which are usually around 60 euros per month. Registration is possible, as I will pause my own registration while I will not be living in the Netherlands.
There is only one roommate, who is a 20 years old male Italian student, and is extremely friendly and open-minded. Although we don’t have a preference between male and female tenant, we are quite strict about the cleanliness and tidiness of our potential tenants, as we believe that this house deserves to be treated with maximum respect.
