This completely furnished and modern houseboat used to be rented out as a hotel accomadation. At the moment we want to rent it out to workers/ students who are looking for a fully furnished accomodation.

Take your toothbrush and you can enter, even bedding etc is available. Fast internet included. 

The contract will starting on the immediately 1 st august 2025.  The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a livingroom with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toillet. (so in total two students can live here)

Total costs per sleepingroom are 795 a month, the service costs for elctricty, gas, water, taxes and internet are included, so no further costs. You can also rent the whole apartment with two people for 1590 euro a month.One month deposit required of 795 euros. (1590 in case you want to rent with two people the while appartment

REALLY IMPORTANT TO KNOW, this is a houseboat in the Rotterdam Marina. You can register at gemeente rotterdam for your social security etc. The rental period will be for one year till 1 st august 2026, or half a year till 1 st february 2026.
