Are you looking for a spacious, furnished room in between the city center of Rotterdam and the Erasmus University? Then this room might be perfectly suitable for you. Registration is possible for the rental period. Female tenants only.

Location:
The renovated apartment is located in a safe neighborhood in the city center of Rotterdam. The nearest train station (Rotterdam Blaak) is just 600 meters away from the apartment, the nearest subway/metro station (Oostplein) is about 450m away and the tram stop 'Kipstraat' is right in front of the apartment. 

There is a supermarket Dirk van den Broek (100m), a post office (50m), pharmacy (50m), a drugstore (50m) and many other shops and restaurants located nearby. 

Apartment facilities:
The apartment itself has 3 private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a shared living/dining room, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. You will be sharing the apartment with two other female tenants (university students). 

The following facilities are included in the apartment: a fridge, washing & drying machine for clothes, a combination microwave/oven, kitchen supplies, water cooker, cooking plates etc. In addition, the shared living/dining room is furnished with a table and chairs. Electricity, service costs and internet expenses are included in the monthly rental price. Yearly taxes (around 250 eur per year) is not included in rental price.

Room facilities:
Your room is fully furnished, including a bed, blankets, closet, bookshelf, curtains, study table & chair. Registration at the city hall is possible. 

Roommates:
The current tenants are 3 (international) female Erasmus University students who will move out in July and August 2025, which means that there will be new tenants moving in for the coming rental period.

- age, which study (proof of academic registration might be requested later on)
- preferred rental period
- how you (or relatives) expect to finance the rent (additional information e.g. salary slips might be requested later on)
- Please note that tentants who pay for 6 months or 12 months rental periods in advance (prepayment) will be preferred during the selection process.

If there is a potential match, I (landlord) will contact you shortly and plan a video call with you. Afterwards there will be another round of (video and/or physical) viewings shown by the tenant(s) who currently live in the apartment.
