Over de woonruimte

Hello,

I am looking for a housemate to occupy an empty room! The room will only be available until February of 2027, and while the current tenant is officially moving out on October 1st, they are already in the process of moving their things out, so the room will be empty earlier.

The details of the apartment are as follows:
- Personal room of 12m^2 (mostly unfurnished, see details below)
- Shared kitchen and living room, that is already partially furnished with couch, table and TV
- Shared toilet, and bathroom with both shower and bath tub
- Combination Washer/Dryer machine (rented, see below)

The breakdown for the rent is as follows:
- €866.73 base rent
- €12.50 water
- €65.5 gas + electricity
- €13.50 to rent washer/dryer
- € 27.5 internet (expecting to get a new, cheaper contract soon)

There is a deposit of €1600 that you will pay back to the leaving tenant when you take over the contract from them.

The apartment is on a relatively quite street, right next to a tram stop that can take you directly to Rotterdam Centraal station. Additionally, both Rotterdam Centraal and the city center is within an approximately 20 minute walk. 

Regarding the furnishing of the room, the current tenant has a few pieces of furniture that they do not want to take with them, including a 160x200cm mattress and a closet. If you want these items, they are willing to sell them for a good price. 

To tell you about myself, I am a 20 year old student at TU Delft, and I have been living in this apartment for a little bit over a year. I am not really the party type, so you don't have to worry about the apartment being busy often. I am often gone for most weekdays, because my girlfriend lives in Delft, and I often stay with her during periods where I have lots of classes to attend, meaning you will have the apartment to yourself quite a lot. 

I am available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and the weekend to schedule a viewing of the apartment, so just let me know what works best for you.
