Hey there!

I'm currently on the lookout for a new housemate to share my cozy place in Rotterdam. Situated close to the metro, it's super convenient for both commuting and exploring the city!

The metro from Zuidplein to Beurs takes 8 minutes and it is 3 minutes walking to the metro.

Supermarkets like Lidl and Albert Heijn are 2 minutes away at Zuidplein.

A bit about me: After graduation in Business Administration at Erasmus University I've spent the last decade working in sales and IT, and now I'm diving into the exciting world of entrepreneurship, working on my own business. I split my time between working from home and our office space.

I'm hoping to find someone who's laid-back, easygoing, and enjoys a quiet environment. If you're in the final stages of your studies, especially pursuing a master's degree, that's a huge plus!

My house has a big living room which you can see on the overview (but I prefer not to put photos for privacy) so you are really renting a shared house and not just a room. There is a big garden in the back which is really nice and the room is situated directly at the back garden. The street is peaceful and quiet.
