Over de woonruimte

Available for home sharing for internatuonal Turkish females only: 2 rooms in a modern and fully furnished apartment in Rotterdam, De Esch area, very close to Erasmus University and public transport. 
 
I am a 20 years old student living in Rotterdam as a full time student. I live in a nice apartment in De Esch, very close to Erasmus University. I have two rooms available which I would like to rent out as a host to international students from Turkey. I speak a little Turkish myself and am hoping to improve that.  

Note that this is home sharing. The rooms are not very big but the common space is very spacious and comfortable with a balcony looking over the water and green area. The rooms and the remaining parts of the house are fully furnished, with necessary appliances. The bathroom and the toilet have been recently renovated.  

The conditions are as follows: 
- Sharing a fully furnished, female-only house 
- International students only 
- Turkish students only, between the ages of 18-22 years old
