Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in Rotterdam, as I’m moving to a new place.
Registration is possible.
Long-term rent is possible.
Students and recent graduates are preferred. 

Present residents are university students/working graduates, all are very nice housemates.

Apartment:
80 m2 for 4 people. Easy access via elevator next to the door (only shared with one neighbor). 

Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, a gas hob, oven and fan hood. 
Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, washbasin with drawers and cupboards and a shower. Toilet with a washbasin is separated from the bathroom.

There is also a storage room on the ground floor where you can store your bike and other belongings. 

What's around:
Located in the safest area and near Erasmus University Rotterdam – with a beautiful window/balcony view - in the Lage/ Prinsenland, near shopping centre Lageland, Jacob van Campenplein and Alexadrium. 
8 minutes walk to supermarket AH/Jumbo. 
Bus 36 and BOB 5 stop is in front of the apartment and take you to Kralingen Zoom (EUR) in 12 minutes. 
NS Alexander in 6 minutes. 
15 minutes by bike to EUR.
In 5 minutes by bike there is a nice park.
