Over de woonruimte

These two rooms will be available from 1st of October 2025 until January 25th 2026. It's important to know that an extension for the apartment is unfortunately not possible. 

I'm Julius, 28 years old and work as Naval Architect. I live in Rotterdam for 2 years and am looking for two temporary roommates o stay until end of January 2026. 

I'm used to share a pretty vibrant way of living together which includes: cooking together, going out to KINO, bars, clubs and other stuff. Since i have to work during the week the house isn't a party flat but offers a good mix of long nights outs in the weekend and chill cooking evenings. I'm looking for someone who shares a similar idea of living together and is interested to be part of an  house. 

The first room will be furnished and is about 20m2 large. The second room is about 22m2 and will be unfurnished so the person moving in this one would have to bring their own furniture. Both rooms will be avaibale until January 25th.
