📍 Location: Noord close to Dirk, AH, Lidl (5 min walk), tram to Central (5 min walk), Noord Station (10 min walk)
📅 Rental Period: July 1st, 2026 – August 31st, 2026 (possibility for indefinite stay)

We are looking for a temporary tenant until the end of August, with a high likelihood of extension until indefinite — this depends on my master plans.

•	Furnished, spacious, with a roof window
•	Shelves & wardrobe will be empty for your belongings

🏡 About the House:
•	Shared with 3 others (total of 4 roommates)
•	Large living room & fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, large dining table)
•	2 toilets + showers
•	Rent (incl. internet) + 80eur/month for utilities 

👤 Who We’re Looking For:
•	Student or young professional (18-28)
•	Clean & tidy (we follow a weekly cleaning schedule)
•	Friendly and social—down to chat or hang out sometimes, but we also respect each other’s personal space!
