Over de woonruimte

Hello,

My name is Seb (23 years old) and I am looking for a housemate in a lovely shared apartment with me. Ideally I am looking for a housemate within the age range of 20-26 years old. I am looking for someone who is able to move in by the end of March or starting in April and can stay until September, different start and end times can be discussed. 

I am offering the larger room in the apartment which you can see in the pictures, videos and floor-plan. I do not know the exact size of the room but it is at least 15m2. This room also has a private standing balcony. Please feel free to contact me for any further questions or pictures. I can also always set up a viewing, especially if you are interested I would like to get to know you a little bit first.

There is a nice shared kitchen and living room that I have fully furnished. I have games, music, TV, and consoles so there is a lot of entertainment. It should also be known that I play instruments from time to time in the living room but they are all electronic so I can also use earbuds. Good thing to know is that the WiFi is also very fast.

There is then also the shared master bathroom which has the one shower and bathtub as well as one of the two toilets. This bathroom is located on the same floor as the bedrooms and then there is a smaller toilet next to the living room.

Finally there is a third room that I am currently using for storage. It does not have any furniture and we can use it for whatever we or you need/want. I was currently thinking about it being a yoga/workout room.

There is also a decently sized balcony connected to the kitchen and third room. Additionally there is a roof terrace.

The apartment is located near a tram stop as well as the Rotterdam Zuid train station. There are many restaurants, an Albert Heijn, Dirk, Media Markt and other stores all in walking distance.

I am looking mostly for friendly and open minded people who are LGBTQ+ friendly. Any gender or identification is welcome.

No indoor tobacco smoking of any kind. Tobacco can be smoked on the balcony. Weed without tobacco can be smoked indoor with good ventilation.

The room is suitable for 1 person or a couple. Keep in mind that only one person can register though.
