Available from July 1st: Fully furnished room in shared house. The house has a communal kitchen, bathroom, living room area and rooftop terrace and there are 4 other tenants maximum. The rent is excluding utilities, which averages around 60 Euro, depending on the useage of the tenants. Internet is included. Registration at the municipality is possible. 

The house is located in a quiet and safe area of Rotterdam, right next to the river. It’s a nice walk or run along the boulevard up to Brienenoord nature island. There’s a passenger / cyclist ferry across the river for a quick and easy commute to Erasmus university.

Message me if you're interested and I'd appreciate it if you could mention some basic information about yourself, with your intended length of rent and if you're working or studying. I need to know if you will be a good fit with the rest of the tenants. I intend to organise 1 day of viewings. Let me know if you can make it on the date mentioned in the ad.
