Over de woonruimte

We are looking for a third person to join us in our 4th floor apartment in Rijswijk from the 4th of November onwards. The apartment is 170m2 and is spread over 2 floors with an extra third floor for storage. It is 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, grocery store, gym, drugstore, butcher etc. and 15-20  minutes by bicycle to TU Delft. We have a large living and dining area, TV, laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 bathrooms, well sized kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, 2 balconies and large windows for sunlight.

The rent is EUR 947 per month with approximately EUR 85 per month for utilities.  Deposit is 2 months rent.

We are looking for someone who is of a similar age, finishing off the  masters, or who has started working, is responsible, follows the rules, values a tidy and clean environment and has their own interests and life, but still down for an occasional beer.
