Hello, I'm looking for a housemate, preferrably female young professional. The house is nicely located in the Oud-Rijswijk.

Here are the details about the house:
- Your room will be 12.5 sqm, with your own balcony. It is unfurnished.
- You will share the house (~90 sqm) with me and my cat. This includes the living room, toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. Most of the appliances, e.g. dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, are available and will be shared.
- It is possible to have a shared office space if you want to work from home.
- The base rent price is 850 euros/month. It excludes the internet, heating & electricity, water, waste (~130 euros/month).
- The place is strategically located, 5 mins walk to tram 1 & 15 and bus 23. It is a 10 minute cycle to Den Haag HS station. It is 5 mins walk to the center of Oud-Rijswijk, where you can find all grocery shops (and farmer's market every Saturday).
- Available from 1 December.
