Public transport offers easy access: Amsterdam, Leiden, and Haarlem are 1 hour away, while Rotterdam and Utrecht are reachable in less than 1,5 hours.
The location is convenient for students attending UvA, VU, HvA, AHK, Gerrit Rietveld Academie or Leiden University — all reachable approximately 1 hour by public transport.

House situation:
The room gets sunlight during the day (though it’s still the Netherlands 😄)
The kitchen is old but functional - a new kitchen will be installed next year.
The living room is currently unavailable but will be accessible later.

House rules & expectations:
Max 1 person per room.
We maintain a clean home and expect all tenants to contribute to keeping it tidy.
We are looking for a tenant who is respectful, values a peaceful environment, maintains cleanliness, respects personal boundaries, do not disturb others and understands how to share a living space harmoniously.
No smoking, drugs, or pets.

Ideal tenant: 
Preference is given to students, especially those looking for a peaceful, focused environment.
Preferably a female student between 18 and 30 years old.
