Over de woonruimte

Hello,

I am looking for a new roommate for a big apartment in Ravenstein. The apartment is located in the city center on the main street "Landpoortstraat" on the first floor. The attic has lots of extra space and an extra hobby room. There is also a huge balcony with a great view.

The room was orignally the living room and is around 23m² big with two windows. You will be able to get into the rent contract so if either of us leaves at some point, the other person is most likely able to stay.

The rent will be around 1000€ with everything included.

About me:
I am 35 years old and was born in Berlin, Germany. I like tech stuff and video games, doing sports and cooking. I am always up for a nice conversation about anything.

About you:
You should be between 27 and 40 years old, working, reliable and clean. 

We will have a little interview to be able to get to know each other during the viewing or online.

I will need proof of income (work contract, salary report)
and the landlord casually wants to get to know you before we are able to finalize the contract.
