RentaroomLeiden: Studio available: on the second floor in a house in Oegstgeest, in a residential area, 12 minutes biking from Leiden Central Station, close to bus stops and different shops. Easy access to the A44 (direction Den Haag and Amsterdam). Parking in the area is free. The room is equipped with, bed, bed linen and towels, sittingchair, desk chair and kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen have to be shared with 2 other tenants. Freezer, oven, washing machine and Wifi are present. Registration at the municipality is possible.  Start 01.10.25. Preference for FEMALE international student (>21 years) / non-smoking place / no pets.
Rent: €1080 – deposit €2160
