The bathroom has to be shared with 1 other tenant. Inscription city hall is possible. The wifi is present. Rent €820 (all-inclusive) / not eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy and deposit €1000.
ONLY FOR FEMALE INTERNATIONAL TENANT / YOUNG PROFESSIONAL (>21 years). Not suitable for couples.
