Over de woonruimte

We offer a fully furnished room in a quiet living area in Oegstgeest / 10 minutes' biking from Leiden central station. The room is clean and fully equipped (pots, cutlery, pans, sheets, …). We rent out to INTERNATIONAL FEMALE YOUNG PROFESSIONAL or STUDENT, above 21 years, renting contract at least until 01.10.2025. Rent €700 (all-inclusive) / deposit €1400. The cooking possibilities are limited: 2 cooking plates a waterboiler and an oven-magnetron in the room. The bathroom has to be shared with one person.
The rent is all-inclusive and the deposit will be returned once you leave the place clean and undamaged. Pets aren’t allowed. WIFI is present. Inscription City Hall is possible. Not suitable for couples.
