We offer a nice, fully furnished hospita room of  17 m2 with limited cooking possibilities, located in Oegstgeest/Leiden in a safe residential area, fairly close to supermarkets and bus stops (10 minutes biking from Central Station Leiden). The room is completely furnished. Toilette and bathroom are to be shared with 1 other person / non-smoking place / no pets / not suitable for couples/ not eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy. Start 01.04.2025 until 31.12.2025. Rent: €625 – deposit €1250 / all inclusive (no other costs)
