Over de woonruimte

Dear English-speaking people looking for a room (20+),

as two of our roomies have left, two unfurnished rooms in our lovely home will become available. One room is on the ground floor in the back of the house, while the other is on the second floor. The rent for each room will be 650€ (utilities incl.) 
We share a large and spacious living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen, four toilets and two showers. We have a courtyard for late night hangouts and barbecues. As a little fancy add on to the house we have a spacious sauna that we frequently use.
The house is located on St. Jacobslaan near the Albert heijn XL, 5 min bike ride to the university and a 15 min bike ride to the city center. 

We are four international students (3M, 1F) who are completing their bachelors and masters. We are looking for respectful, friendly and open-minded roommates that match our social household environment. We are looking for a person who is self-aware, tidy and can maintain our state of cleanliness.
