Over de woonruimte

Dear Room seekers, 

2 rooms become available in our student flat in Hatert, Nijmegen. You share kitchen, bathroom and living room with 3 other people and we also have a garden! The first room becomes available between the 15th of may and the 31st of may (the exact date will be discussed in the next couple of days). This room is about 9 square meters big and comes unfurnished. The second room becomes available on first of july. This is the room with the bunk bed, which is slightly bigger (around 10 square meters) and furniture has to be taken over. In total this sums up to an amount of 150 euros for all the furniture in the room excluding the chair and the pillow. The rent is about 425 euros but will be slightly higher due to rising energy costs and a slight increase in the general rent by the landlord. Additionally the deposit is 500€. The rental period is limited till the first of november.
