Over de woonruimte

Hi everyone! 

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my apartment in Nieuwegein, as I’m moving to Sweden for at least six months, potentially longer. I bought the apartment in 2023, and since I’ll be away, I’m hoping to find someone who would enjoy living here and sharing the space with my lovely flatmate.

Regarding the flT

The apartment is 91 m², fully furnished and equipped (washing machine-dryer, wireless and wired vacuums, espresso machine, air-fryer, dishwasher, slow juicer...), and has everything you need to move in comfortably. It includes:
- A spacious bedroom of approximately 18 m².
- A large, cosy living room.
- A lovely west-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.
- All furniture and essentials already in place.

There’s also a large park nearby, which is great for walks and enjoying some green space.

About your future flatmate:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 27-year-old Brazilian woman who works in tech recruitment.

We’ve been living together for over a year and get along really well. We’ve genuinely never had a single argument! The atmosphere at home is relaxed and friendly, and I’d love to find someone who will help keep it that way.

Rent and bills:

The rent includes all bills and utilities. I believe in being completely transparent about the costs, and I don’t make any profit from renting out the room.

I’m happy to share the bills and supporting documents and answer any questions you might have about how the costs are calculated.

The only additional expense to factor in is the cleaner, who comes twice a month and costs 60 euros per person per month. She’s lovely and makes a huge difference in keeping the apartment clean and comfortable, so it would be great if we could continue having her come!

Location and transport:

The apartment is well connected:
- Around a 7-minute walk to the tram
- Bus stops are also nearby.
- Approximately 20–25 minutes by tram to Utrecht city centre

For work, I commute to Amsterdam, and Laura commutes to Eindhoven, so it’s doable. That said, it’s worth knowing that my own journey to the office takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes on average, depending on the route and connections.

Pet-Friendly!

I have a cat myself, who will be moving to Sweden with me, so I’m very open to pets.

The apartment has access to the outdoors, and there’s a large park nearby, which is a lovely bonus if you have a cat. Let's just make sure the couch is protected haha :)

In conclusion, I’m looking for someone who would enjoy a comfortable, fully furnished home and a friendly, respectful shared-living environment for at least six months.
