Over de woonruimte

Héyy there, this is relatively new for me so if I've forgotten something to mention, just ask, I'm as social as can be. A bit about me. I'm a social 36yr old blue collar Dutchman living in Muntendam with a house to big to fill up on my own and someone recently asked me "Why don't you rent out a room and share your house?". Good question right, so I'm going to give this a go and see from there.

I've got a 12m² furnished room for rent straight next to the bathroom and stairs. It needs a finishing touch here and there in which I'm willing to help physically / mechanically and financially but you can move in straight away. You will be accompanied by a Slovakian student who's studying @ The Hanze Groningen. I'm working irregular shifts and in my spare time I’m either upgrading the house, maintain the garden, read, cycle, walk through nature, play badminton as sport, go to the city Groningen, listen music, with sunny weather I enjoy eating outside, make a bonfire in the garden or at the nearby beach etc. In house, Mi casa, Su casa, if you want anything or need some help with something, just ask and be polite / respectful, that's all I'm asking for.

Price also includes things like dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, toilet and air fresheners, tea, the use of spices, pots, pans, flowers and what not. 3 freshly new towels will be available. It might feel semi-hotel ish but I have to do groceries anyway. You do have to use a shared refrigerator and fridge but I am considering to put a small refrigerator in each room.

There's about 125 acres of nature within a 3 min. walk and Veendam is the nearest city, (10 min. car or bicycle ride) with all the stores that you need. Nearest supermarket, bakery, cafeteria and pub is within a 5min. bicycle / car-drive. If you don't have a car we can do the large portion of the groceries simultaneously but I intend to just buy an extra bicycle so you could easily do your own thing.

When it comes to public transport, (train)station "Zuidbroek" is within 15 minute ride in which you can hop on the train with Groningen city as end destination. Pretty easy.

You can register and get a proof of contract so that you are eligible for all the benefits that you can get.
