Over de woonruimte

Female only. Héyy there, this is a first one for me so if I've forgotten something to mention, please just ask, I'm easily approachable. A bit about me. I'm a 36yr old Dutchman living in Muntendam with a house to big to fill up on my own and someone recently asked me "Why don't you rent out a room and share your house?". Good question, so I'm going to give this a go and hope for the best. You'll get 2 ±12m² rooms and the rest of the house is shared. I work irregular shifts and in my spare time I maintain the garden, read, cycle, walk through nature, play badminton as sport, go to the city Groningen, upgrade the house, listen music, have a dip in the pool with sunny weather, enjoy a bonfire in the garden or at the nearby beach every now and then. In house, Mi casa, Su casa, if you want anything or need some help with something, just ask and be polite / respectful, that's all I'm asking for. So I've got two rooms which would be a ±12m² room on the first floor and a ±12m² room at the attic (empty rooms / unfurnished) I'm curious if a furnished room is preferable, let me know, I'm able to invest in furniture and if you are a good decorator we can help each other out. There's about 125 acres of nature within 3 min. walk and Veendam is the nearest city, (10 min. cardrive) with all the stores that you need. Nearest supermarket is within 4 min. bicycle or car. If you don't have a car we can do the large portion of the groceries simultaneously. If your work is in the city Groningen, P+R Meerstad is the closest hub and you can buy a monthly subscription for ± €40 to go to the central station and a couple other P+R around the city.
