Over de woonruimte

Hello!

I am leaving my room in a shared house and I am looking for someone to take it over. We are looking for a Master student or working student, is kind, quite and tidy- big house gatherings or parties are unfortunately not possible.

 The room is very spacious and sunny, with a small balcony and big windows. It also has its own sink, which makes it very comfortable for drinking water and personal hygiene.

As you can see in the photos the room is furnished, but not all pieces will stay in the room. I will take quite a few of them with me, and the rest is up for sale on a reasonable price. Only tenants interested in buying the remaining furniture will be considered.

The room is part of a bigger house with a big courtyard.  The house is shared with the landlords, a kind elderly couple in their 70s, who live in the ground floor. There is a common entrance, but for the rest the landlords living area is wholly separate. The owners are very discreet and helpful, and they don't visit the tenants living space. One of the other three tenants is also of a senior age.

Registration is possible.

The house is located at Hoge Rijndijk, 2.5 km from the beginning of Breestraat and 500m from the Leiderdorpsebrug. I drive to the center eceryday by bike, but there is also a good connection by bus (3-4 buses running frequent from the following two stations: Leiderdorpsebrug and Laan de Goede Herder).
