Over de woonruimte

Hello, I am looking for a male roommate from the 1st of July for at least one year. I have been living in the apartment for the past two years, and am looking for a replacement for my current roommate. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Leiden on Haarlemmerstraat, very close to all university buildings. 

The room that you would be renting is 7.3m2 big (small but cozy), and is furnished. To take the room, it is required to take over the furniture. For pictures, please pm me. The entire apartment is about 57m2.

The price is €665 (excl. internet, GWE). A security deposit of 1000 EUR is required.

The rest of the apartment is very spacious and completely furnished, the living room has large windows with a pretty view. A storage room with laundry machine and a dryer is available, as well as all other necessities for living.

Now something about me, I am 22 years old and am finishing my Bachelors’ in Psychology, and am about to start a Masters’ in Amsterdam. I enjoy watching and playing Basketball, playing video games and board games, and cooking.
I’m more on the introverted side, so I would prefer someone similar.
