The room itself is spacious, 19m2 and has its own sink. The room is completely furnished. The house has a garden in front and a garden at the back, specially during summer time a big advantage. Because of the renovation, the shower, two toilets and the kitchen are brand new. The room is specifically for international students only. 

The rent is as specified:
Basic rent: €600
Gas Water and electicity: €80

The wifi is arranged by the tenants themselves. Cost can be shared.
