I have a room available for rent in a spacious house.

The room is located in a house with a shared bathroom and a large kitchen. The house is in good condition and fully functional, with all utilities included.

Please note that the house will undergo some renovation for about 1-2 days per week over the next 3 months. I'm currently in the process of finishing my studies, so I don’t have a lot of time to manage the renovations myself, but I will ensure everything runs smoothly.
