Hello, I am going abroad to do my internship from the end of September until the start of February. Its a room in a house of 4 people (total), that will come fully furnished (all personal belongings will be removed and stored outside of the room. 

We are looking for: 
A student who is looking for a short term rental. 
International / Dutch, does not matter. 
someone who is clean, organised, and social.

House Details 
Located in the city centre of Leeuwarden.
(3 min bike ride to NHL campus) 
(10 min walk) 

The ground floor is all shared living space including;
- dining area 
- living room area 
- kitchen with stove and sink 
- scullery / wash room 
(dish washer) 
(microwave) 
(Oven)
(washer & dryer) 
(sink) 
(fridge & freezer)
- Guest toilet 
- Back yard with door to the back street
(space for you to leave your bike ) 

The first floor is where the advertised room is located as well as the room & bathroom of one other housemate. 
The second floor has 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom that the upstairs housemates use. 

Rental details

1. The lease will be a sublease contact that you sign with me (current resident of the room). 

2. The rental contract will be subject the compliance with the house rules (to be provided as a separate contract.)

3. 1 month rent deposit required. To be returned upon moving out with no damage to the space. 

4. NOT ALLOWED
- hosting large gatherings / parties 
- Drugs / illegal substances
- friends, families or partners living / staying with you for an extended period of time.
- pets
