Over de woonruimte

Per 1 feburary 2026 a room becomes available at The Anjen in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where only girls live. In total there are 4 rooms in the house. There is a large (25m2) living room downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. The rooms are upstairs and this one is 12m2. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The bathroom has a shower and a bath which makes it comfortable to chill. The house has a garden in front where you can park you bike and a large (55m2) garden at the back. During summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day. 

The rent per room is:
Basic Rent: 			€440
Gas and electricity	€80
Water				€20
Municipality Tax		€20
Total				€560

Regarding the services, a washing machine is available. Internet can be arranged yourself (depending on your preferences)
