Over de woonruimte

Hello,

I would like to rent out a nice place in my house for 1 person for which subscription at my address at the local government of the city (de gemeente Hengelo) is mandatory.

-	Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooker, sink and dishwasher
-	Laundry room with washing machine
-	Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink
-	Garden
-	Shed

The house is in a beautiful quiet area with many trees and old houses. In the neighbourhood are living mainly families and retired people. The house is close the city centre and at cycling distance of the University of Twente. 

The room is at the second floor in the attic and has a large window with a view on the garden. It is furnished with a seating area, desk, office chair and double bed.

You can rent the room for a period of maximum 9 months (possibly 12 months). Longer that this is unfortunately not possible. 

For gas, water, electricity and garbage no additional fee will be charged, unless the prices or consumption will increase a lot.
