Over de woonruimte

  Hello,

I would like to rent out a place in my house for 1 person for which subscription at my address at the local government of the city (de gemeente Hengelo) is mandatory.

The house is in a beautiful quiet area with trees and old houses. In the neighbourhood are living mainly families and retired people. The house is close the city centre and at cycling distance of the University of Twente. The room is at the second floor the top of the house and has a window with a view on the garden.

The room is unfurnished, but I do have an old bed, desk and chair that you are free to use if you want.

You can rent the room for a period of maximum 9 months (possibly 12 months). Longer that this is unfortunately not possible. 

I have placed two adverts of two different rooms. Only one will be rented out depending on which room you like the most.

For gas, water, electricity and garbage no additional fee will be charged, unless the individual bills of the months the room was rented will be more than 125% of the bills of these months the last year. In this case I have the right to charge the total difference of these months between these years.
