Over de woonruimte

Hello,

I would like to rent out a place in my house for 1 person for which subscription at my address at the local government of my city (de gemeente) is mandatory.

-	Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink

The house is in a beautiful quiet area with trees and old houses. In the neighbourhood are living mainly families and retired people. The house is close the city centre and at cycling distance of the University of Twente. The room is at the first floor the backside of the house and has a window with a view on the garden.

You can rent the room for a period of maximum 9 months (possibly 12 months). Longer that this is unfortunately not possible. The room can be rented preferably from April 2025 onwards or possibly earlier when needed.

The room is unfurnished, but I do have an old bed, desk and chair that you are free to use if you want.

The rent of the will be 702 euro’s per month excl. For gas, water, electricity and garbage no additional fee will be charged, unless the individual bills of the actual months the room was rented will be more than 125% of the bills of these months the last year. In this case I have the right to charge the total difference between the bills of rented months and the bills of the months of last year.
