I’m looking for someone to take over my room contract in Heerlen, from 1st February 2026 until 1st of August 2026.

The room is located on the ground floor of a student house.
It is bright, cozy and fully furnished, and has a size of 22 m² —> ideal for a student.

Rent is 625 € per month, including utilities.

You will share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen with two other girls, who are also students at Maastricht University.

The house has 3 floors and is shared by 7 students in total. Everyone in the house is very clean, friendly and respectful

Great location:

- 3 minutes walking distance to Heerlen train station
- 5 minutes by walk to the city centre
- and only 23 minutes by train to Maastricht.

Perfect for a student looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
