Dear house searcher, the two rooms will be available for rent from December 1st to February 1st. The location is a 5-minute cycle to Zernike Campus, and 13 minutes to the city centre. Near the accommodation is a shopping centre with many shops. The house has 4 roommates, who are very nice and helpful. It has a big garden, where you can relax and drink your daily coffee.

The sub-tenant must be a student, as specified in the contract. The rent is € 615; however, all the utilities are around 60 euros. The rooms will be left furnished.
