!LOOKING FOR A NEW HOUSEMATE!! EVERYONE WELCOME!

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a new housemate for this room (bedroom + office + a little storage room). We are currently 4 girls (all tenants will be on exchange for the rental period) living together and are now looking for the 5th person to take over this room! The room will be free while the tenant is on exchange, starting from the last week of June up to January next year, with a very high likelihood of being extended to an indefinite period.

It is located in Paddepoel, very close to the Paddepoel shopping centre, which has an Albert Heijn and many other stores and 5 minutes by bike from the Zernike campus. The person would have to fill out a temporary sublease contract officially from 1st of July. The rent would start on June 23rd, keys can be given even earlier. If the rental contract is extended to an indefinite period, the furniture (all basically brand new) must be taken over in January (500€).

The rent is 635 per month, and we pay the utilities separately, so everything would end up somewhere around 670 roughly. Solar panels were just installed, so utilities may become cheaper. We are looking for someone who can also rent the last week of June, so 159€ for that.

We are a group of students, and although we have different schedules, we still like to spend time together watching movies or cooking.
