Over de woonruimte

Hi girls!
We are looking for a girl 20+ for a room in our house right next to the Oosterpoort 🌸💕. The contract begins April 1st but you can move in at any point throughout April (as long as the rent for April is covered).

It’s a 20 minute bike ride to Zernike, and a 7 minute walk to the city center. It’s furnished, has plenty of storage place and has access to a balcony with a lovely view. ✨You’ll be sharing the apartment with 4 other girlies🥰. We share a kitchen with a small seating area, a bathroom, (shower and toilet area separate) and  two balconies. We are all studying and/or working, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, calm, respectful but also wanting to take part in the house life. 🌼✨We don’t have a fixed house night, but we like to spend time together when we can.🤗

The rent is 365€ a month, all inclusive, and you need to take over the furniture by paying the previous tenant €310 for it. It should also be someone who will be staying for at least 1 year!!!

The "hospi"/viewings will take place Sunday 22nd of March between 17:30 and 18:30
