Over de woonruimte

In our house near the Korreweg is a room free to rent, starting 1. July! 
It is 13m2, with a sink and a big window looking into the garden of the house. The room is located at the ground floor, next to the kitchen and a toilet.

The room is furnished with a bed, a shelf, two little cabins, a lamp, a stool, a chair and curtains. All furniture you see in the pictures is included. For the furniture the previous renter is asking 150€. 

The kitchen, bathroom and the extra toilet are shared with five other people. The kitchen has a gas stove, shared fridges, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher (pictures 7+8). The main bathroom is on the first floor and has a toilet, sink, shower, bathtub and a little balcony (picture 9).

The garden in the back of the house is full of plants, we grow some vegetables there and also have a hammok you can enjoy the sunny days in (picture 6).
In front of the house is a little frontyard with space to lock your bike. Also in the backyard is a little shed.

Also the house has a little guest room with a 2 person sleeping couch in, where you can host friends or family that are visiting (picture 10).

Location: 
The house is located close to the Korreweg. There is a Lidl and Albert Heijn in 5 minutes walking distance. By bike, the city center is reached within 10 minuten, Zernike Campus within 15 minutes. Also Stadstrand is only a 5 minute cycle away, there you can cool down in the water on hot days!
The neighbourhood is a calm one with many families and older people. There is lots of green and many cats strolling the streets :)

We are looking for a person who is up for doing their part in keeping the house clean, and doesn‘t want to use the house to host parties regularly. You can of course have friends over!!
Also you are preferably planning on staying in the house for a longer time, so not just one semester for example. 

Queer people and PoC are encouraged to apply! Both queer people and PoC already live in the house.
