Over de woonruimte

My room in the beautiful Korrewegwijk will be free for a couple of months because I will be doing an internship in Austria. For this period 01. April-31. August I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a shared house of 6. The exact period is also a bit flexible on both ends depending on your needs. 
The room is on the top floor of the house with a tilted ceiling. The total floor size is 17m2, due to the regulations that only from a certain height the square meters are counted for the official size it's legally 12m2, so 5m2 are under the tilted ceiling. The windows of the room are facing north with a view into the gardens, sun in the evening and the nearby clocktower. 
The room is furnished although the furniture might differ from the one on the picture. When you contact us we can talk about the details.
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The house has a nice garden with a shed for storage and a lot of cats visiting from time to time. A Lidl, an Albert Heijn, an Action, a busstop and the City Beach/Stadstrand are in 5 minutes walking distance. To the city centre and to Zernike it's 15 minutes bike ride. psst your roommate bakes bread :)
