Over de woonruimte

We live with five people in total: three guys on the second floor (one German, two Italians) and two girls on the first floor (you, and one Dutch). We all share the bathroom and toilet, but we have one kitchen on each floor. We have a friendly and respectful vibe in the house, and a cleaning schedule. Every now and then we eat together for special occasions. 

There’s a nice, sunny balcony at the back of the house, and a shared bike shed. The room itself is very spacious and bright, and we can discuss the possibilty of taking over some things (such as curtains, shelves). 

The moving in date is around October 15, or a few days later, subject to discussion. 

Base rent: €350 (the landlord will probably increase this slightly) 
Utilities incl. internet: €70
Setup costs (share of: washing machine, dryer, and fridge/freezer): ~ €200
