Over de woonruimte

Hello everyone! 💖
I am looking for a girl (or maybe a boy if the vibe fits) who wants to move in with me in my apartment.

The apartment is located in the Prinsesseweg, which is in the beautiful Oranjebuurt 🌸. It’s roughly a 7-minute bike ride to the centrum and a 10-minute ride to Zernike. Also, the Noorderplantsoen is nearby. The apartment (90 m2) has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet (first floor), a washing room and two bedrooms (second floor). Your bedroom would be about 13 m2 and the rent is 500€ plus utilities around 150€ per month. The room is not furnished, so you would have to buy your own furniture for your room (curtains and pleats are already there).
Registration is possible. I am moving in around mid august, so from then on you could move in as well.
I’ve attached the floor plan and a few photos/videos of the apartment. Tho keep in mind, that its going to be repainted and curtains/pleats going to be attached before the move in and the furniture is from the previous tenants :)

A bit about me: 
I am 20 years old and born and raised in Germany. I am half dutch and always loved being in the Netherlands when visiting family. That's why I am moving to Groningen 🥰. After I finished school I went to New Zealand for 7 months and am now going to study chemical engineering at RUG.
I am a calm person and enjoy having my own space, but I also love to hang out with my friends and have a good time- a good balance is key. I value genuine connections, honest friendships and a good humor.

In my free time, | enjoy sports whether its strength training, jogging, swimming, Pilates or going for a walk. I also love reading, a bit of painting and have an interest in cooking. I am fond of animals (except spiders 🥴) and I like being in the nature, but more like a nice walk or picnic in the park then survival camping- if you know what I mean 😂.

A few random things I enjoy, to get to know me better 🤓: 
I love to dance in the kitchen while cooking a delicious meal, board games evenings and laughing till my stomach hurts, warm summer nights, getting ready together before a night out and blasting good old music, reading a book and forgetting the whole world in the process.

What I am looking for:
I am looking for a clean and kind roommate, who is roughly in the same stage of life as I am and someone who intends to stay at least a year- preferably longer. Ideally, you’re someone who’s reliable and considerate in shared living 🏡✨. You enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere but are also independent. Cleanliness matters to you – not in a perfectionist way, but enough to keep the space nice and comfortable for everyone.

You don’t need to have tons of experience living in a shared flat. What matters most is that you’re open-minded, easy to talk to, and happy to contribute to a positive living environment 🙌🏻. Things like sticking to cleaning routines or being respectful with noise and space should feel natural to you.

I want to create a nice and fun living atmosphere so it's very important for me that we get along ✨.

You should be okay with dogs, because it could be possible that our family dog comes to visit. 
Plus points if you speak dutch, because | want to improve mine ☺️.
