This cozy room measures 17m² and comes fully furnished, featuring a sink and fridge. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities with eight friendly housemates on the floor.

The monthly rent is €635, which includes all utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and cleaning services. The rental term is available immediately until July 25th. 

The neighborhood offers excellent amenities, including nearby supermarkets, and convenient public transport options.
