Over de woonruimte

Dear room-seekers,

Students only, Registration is possible!

A very comfortable and spacious room is becoming available in Groningen from the 1st of April. It is located in the heart of the city, opposite Akerk, and only a 5-minute walk from the university’s academy building. The room will be available by April 1st at the latest, and viewings will most likely be held in person.

The room is for rent until the end of the academic semester, with the possibility of an extension.

My main concern is that I want to sell my furniture, which I bought for €1500 from the previous tenant (price negotiable).

It consists of:

A bed, a desk and an office chair, a large white cubical shelving unit (serving as a room divider and storage), a  sofa with pillows, a glass coffee table, and a wall-mounted floating shelf, a white cabinet with drawers, a compact refrigerator, a wooden countertop, a black metal rail with hooks, a wall-mounted spice rack, and various kitchen appliances (including a coffee machine) and led lights all over the room.
