Heyyy, 
We are four international students and are looking for a temporary tenant. One of us will be gone for a semester 
abroad between August and February which is why we are looking for a temporary tenant during 
this period. We are a peaceful and social student house and like to spend time together and enjoy a friendly 
atmosphere. Besides, we are a clean and rather quiet household, which means we have fixed cleaning tasks everyone adheres to and we host parties only very rarely. We are looking for a clean and peaceful female room mate who would also occasionally like to 
hang out together. Also, you should be fine with not having many big parties at home, as the house is situated in a quiet area. The house also has a garden which might need some basic maintenance from time 
to time. 
 
Smoking and pets are not allowed. 
 
There is a lot of nature in the neighborhood, a bus stop just a 4 minutes walk from the house 
and you can get to the university in the centre in about 15 minutes by bike. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower, a large shared living room with big sofa and TV, a washing machine and dryer, wifi and a garden. The house also has a garage where you can store your 
bike.
